Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland was 4,411,240 and represented 71.59% of the total Maryland population.

Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery had the highest citizen voting-age population (685.03K), followed by Prince George's (633.38K), and Baltimore (629.17K).

In terms of percentages, Kent had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.09%), followed by Allegany (81.58%), and Garrett (81.41%).
