Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland was 4,418,305 and represented 71.19% of the total Maryland population.

Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery had the highest citizen voting-age population (691.36K), followed by Prince George's (626.96K), and Baltimore (626.29K).

In terms of percentages, Kent had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.33%), followed by Garrett (81.64%), and Allegany (81.25%).
