Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 53,180 and represented 1.47% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (85.27K), followed by Adams (72.63K), and El Paso (50.95K).

In terms of percentages, Costilla had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (59.80%), followed by Conejos (54.47%), and Alamosa (39.43%).
