Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 53,180 and represented 0.60% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (520.54K), followed by Kane (50.47K), and DuPage (46.65K).

In terms of percentages, Kane had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (16.04%), followed by Cook (15.11%), and Kendall (10.96%).
