Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 53,180 and represented 1.19% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (22.45K), followed by St. Louis (10.69K), and Clay (6.92K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (9.25%), followed by Pulaski (8.27%), and Jackson (4.58%).
