Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 913,605 and represented 42.68% of the total Arkansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (94.75K), followed by Jefferson (30.28K), and Crittenden (16.91K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (58.80%), followed by Lee (54.23%), and Chicot (52.93%).
