Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Arkansas was 1,251,565 and represented 44.08% of the total Arkansas citizen population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (135.33K), followed by Jefferson (41.85K), and Crittenden (25.41K).

In terms of percentages, Phillips had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (62.57%), followed by Lee (56.59%), and Jefferson (55.63%).
