Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 913,605 and represented 19.27% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (164.61K), followed by Lake (86.47K), and Allen (28.00K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (25.99%), followed by Lake (24.39%), and St. Joseph (11.23%).
