Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 2,530,325 and represented 72.97% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (250.08K), followed by Charleston (184.05K), and Horry (175.31K).

In terms of percentages, Pickens had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (90.16%), followed by Oconee (89.66%), and Horry (83.43%).
