Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Oklahoma was 1,259,335 and represented 34.27% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (107.79K), followed by Tulsa (61.23K), and Comanche (20.11K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.44%), followed by Oklahoma (15.70%), and Osage (11.22%).
