Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 925,430 and represented 33.66% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (76.78K), followed by Tulsa (42.43K), and Comanche (14.77K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.10%), followed by Oklahoma (15.22%), and Muskogee (11.10%).
