Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 4,444,235 and represented 67.73% of the total Arizona population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest citizen voting-age population (2.60M), followed by Pima (708.33K), and Pinal (266.65K).

In terms of percentages, Yavapai had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (78.46%), followed by Gila (77.34%), and Mohave (76.40%).
