Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Maryland was 4,142,450 and represented 70.36% of the total Maryland population.

Among all Maryland counties, Montgomery had the highest citizen voting-age population (621.33K), followed by Baltimore (599.29K), and Prince George's (578.62K).

In terms of percentages, Allegany had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.11%), followed by Kent (80.59%), and Somerset (80.59%).
