Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for New Jersey was 6,002,840 and represented 67.64% of the total New Jersey population.

Among all New Jersey counties, Bergen had the highest citizen voting-age population (615.52K), followed by Middlesex (526.11K), and Essex (502.57K).

In terms of percentages, Cape May had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (78.74%), followed by Sussex (75.20%), and Salem (74.78%).
