Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 58,460 and represented 2.57% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (10.96K), followed by Scott (5.41K), and Woodbury (4.09K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (12.11%), followed by Muscatine (10.66%), and Crawford (9.48%).
