Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 58,460 and represented 1.78% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (10.50K), followed by Fayette (4.46K), and Hardin (3.13K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (4.84%), followed by Hardin (4.01%), and Meade (2.76%).
