Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 58,460 and represented 0.83% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (30.09K), followed by Wake (23.54K), and Cumberland (18.11K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (9.07%), followed by Cumberland (7.86%), and Hoke (6.70%).
