Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 58,460 and represented 0.60% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (113.30K), followed by Lehigh (37.97K), and Berks (34.59K).
