Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for California was 925,430 and represented 3.88% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (614.93K), followed by Alameda (137.51K), and San Bernardino (121.86K).

In terms of percentages, Solano had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.68%), followed by Alameda (13.68%), and Sacramento (10.58%).
