Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Washington was 128,320 and represented 1.98% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (132.18K), followed by Yakima (84.53K), and Pierce (66.88K).
