Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Ohio was 1,266,075 and represented 11.17% of the total Ohio citizen population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (368.33K), followed by Franklin (241.75K), and Hamilton (201.51K).

In terms of percentages, Cuyahoga had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (30.00%), followed by Hamilton (25.78%), and Franklin (21.10%).
