Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Ohio was 1,290,900 and represented 11.30% of the total Ohio citizen population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (358.93K), followed by Franklin (278.32K), and Hamilton (204.09K).

In terms of percentages, Cuyahoga had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (29.77%), followed by Hamilton (25.82%), and Franklin (22.63%).
