Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Oklahoma was 1,266,075 and represented 34.20% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (108.11K), followed by Tulsa (61.10K), and Comanche (20.18K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.51%), followed by Oklahoma (15.52%), and Choctaw (11.49%).
