Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 935,440 and represented 33.79% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (77.90K), followed by Tulsa (42.48K), and Comanche (14.92K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.25%), followed by Oklahoma (15.27%), and Osage (11.22%).
