Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,266,075 and represented 19.52% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (109.70K), followed by Pierce (52.23K), and Snohomish (15.59K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.65%), followed by King (6.02%), and Island (2.75%).
