Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 3,750,955 and represented 71.06% of the total Colorado population.

Among all Colorado counties, El Paso had the highest citizen voting-age population (468.30K), followed by Denver (449.82K), and Jefferson (418.64K).

In terms of percentages, Mineral had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (91.84%), followed by San Juan (87.60%), and Ouray (84.61%).
