US Citizen Voting-age Population By State in 2015 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the US citizen voting-age population was 222,464,710 and represented 70.29% of the total US population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest citizen voting-age population (24.28M), followed by Texas (16.86M), and Florida (13.93M).

In terms of percentages, Maine had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (78.87%), followed by Vermont (78.70%), and West Virginia (78.63%).
