Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for Connecticut was 2,574,180 and represented 71.64% of the total Connecticut population.

Among all Connecticut counties, Hartford had the highest citizen voting-age population (642.11K), followed by New Haven (629.92K), and Fairfield (614.99K).

In terms of percentages, Tolland had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (77.94%), followed by Middlesex (77.09%), and Litchfield (77.00%).
