South Dakota Citizen Voting-age Population By County in 2015 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the citizen voting-age population for South Dakota was 621,770 and represented 73.74% of the total South Dakota population.

Among all South Dakota counties, Minnehaha had the highest citizen voting-age population (128.69K), followed by Pennington (79.47K), and Lincoln (34.87K).

In terms of percentages, Jones had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.26%), followed by McPherson (83.22%), and Custer (81.60%).
