Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 60,985 and represented 2.67% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (11.62K), followed by Scott (5.56K), and Woodbury (4.58K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (11.96%), followed by Muscatine (10.74%), and Crawford (10.61%).
