Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 60,985 and represented 1.85% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (11.71K), followed by Fayette (4.93K), and Hardin (3.38K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (5.14%), followed by Hardin (4.31%), and Meade (2.98%).
