Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (31.69K), followed by Wake (25.44K), and Cumberland (19.61K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (9.61%), followed by Cumberland (8.44%), and Hoke (6.73%).
