Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 60,985 and represented 0.63% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (116.51K), followed by Lehigh (40.07K), and Berks (36.96K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (15.40%), followed by Berks (12.10%), and Monroe (11.48%).
