Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 2,542,045 and represented 71.28% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (257.96K), followed by Charleston (193.93K), and Horry (184.86K).

In terms of percentages, Pickens had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (89.93%), followed by Oconee (89.15%), and Horry (82.90%).
