Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 3,195,130 and represented 25.79% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (967.98K), followed by Montgomery (622.97K), and Philadelphia (532.65K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.83%), followed by Jefferson (97.55%), and Cameron (97.48%).
