Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,546,550 and represented 26.18% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (805.67K), followed by Montgomery (497.82K), and Philadelphia (458.64K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.25%), followed by Cameron (97.97%), and Armstrong (97.91%).
