Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest citizen voting-age population (6.12M), followed by San Diego (2.17M), and Orange (1.99M).
In terms of percentages, Sierra had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.11%), followed by Amador (81.81%), and Tuolumne (81.61%).
