Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for California was 62,380 and represented 0.25% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (2.28M), followed by San Bernardino (551.95K), and San Diego (530.64K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (75.18%), followed by Tulare (48.03%), and San Benito (47.18%).
