Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 62,380 and represented 2.72% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (12.30K), followed by Scott (5.79K), and Woodbury (4.97K).

In terms of percentages, Buena Vista had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (12.10%), followed by Muscatine (11.34%), and Crawford (11.19%).
