Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 62,380 and represented 1.88% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (12.66K), followed by Fayette (5.26K), and Hardin (3.37K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (5.64%), followed by Hardin (4.27%), and Meade (3.01%).
