Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 62,380 and represented 0.87% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (33.87K), followed by Wake (27.68K), and Cumberland (20.35K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (9.82%), followed by Cumberland (8.70%), and Hoke (6.78%).
