Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 62,380 and represented 0.64% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (118.99K), followed by Lehigh (42.68K), and Berks (38.42K).

In terms of percentages, Lehigh had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (16.25%), followed by Berks (12.56%), and Monroe (12.14%).
