Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Indiana was 945,515 and represented 19.60% of the total Indiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Indiana counties, Marion had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (174.13K), followed by Lake (84.87K), and Allen (28.31K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (26.85%), followed by Lake (23.87%), and St. Joseph (11.34%).
