Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for New York was 945,515 and represented 6.95% of the total New York citizen voting-age population.

Among all New York counties, Kings had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (531.55K), followed by Queens (283.37K), and Bronx (269.10K).

In terms of percentages, Kings had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (32.79%), followed by Bronx (32.40%), and Queens (20.49%).
