Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 2,546,550 and represented 70.33% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Greenville had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (261.77K), followed by Charleston (199.45K), and Horry (192.23K).

In terms of percentages, Pickens had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (89.75%), followed by Oconee (88.81%), and Horry (82.91%).
