Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Washington was 138,160 and represented 2.08% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (141.02K), followed by Yakima (88.22K), and Pierce (72.79K).
