Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Washington was 1,276,885 and represented 19.21% of the total Washington citizen population.

Among all Washington counties, King had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (112.47K), followed by Pierce (53.19K), and Snohomish (17.36K).

In terms of percentages, Pierce had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.57%), followed by King (6.00%), and Island (3.12%).
