Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Pennsylvania was 3,188,605 and represented 25.74% of the total Pennsylvania citizen population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (963.71K), followed by Montgomery (620.71K), and Philadelphia (529.71K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.72%), followed by Jefferson (97.48%), and Cameron (97.45%).
