Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 2,544,540 and represented 26.12% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Allegheny had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (803.50K), followed by Montgomery (497.14K), and Philadelphia (457.01K).

In terms of percentages, Elk had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (98.27%), followed by Cameron (98.07%), and Warren (97.94%).
