Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for California was 66,010 and represented 0.26% of the total California citizen voting-age population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (2.35M), followed by San Bernardino (576.54K), and Riverside (553.50K).

In terms of percentages, Imperial had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (76.53%), followed by Tulare (49.31%), and San Benito (48.12%).
